Dr Olubunmi Aboaba

Dr Olubunmi Aboaba is a Global Wellness Strategist and Founder of Dr Olubunmi Aboaba Ltd. We support founders, high achievers and professionals operating under sustained pressure. When performance remains high but the nervous system is depleted, coping patterns can begin to erode health, relationships and the quality of decision making. This is the point at which our methods are most effective.

When stress becomes chronic, high functioning can mask dysregulation. Common indicators include disrupted sleep, reduced emotional range, irritability, compulsive behaviours, quiet dependency, heightened anxiety and the risk of burnout. In these conditions, insight alone is rarely enough. Regulation has to be restored at a physiological level for change to hold.

Drawing on nearly 40 years of clinical experience as a dental surgeon, alongside extensive training across recovery and wellbeing disciplines, Dr Olubunmi and her team bridge clinical rigour with embodied, real world application. Our work is informed by lived recovery experience and grounded in methods built to support sustainable change rather than short term motivation.

Dr Olubunmi is the author of Craving Freedom.
