E.A.T.O.W Entity CIC is a UK-based social impact organisation delivering structured education, AI Essentials, digital capability, and mental health and wellbeing programmes for individuals from underrepresented communities within the creative industries. Operating at the intersection of creative industries, workforce development, digital inclusion and wellbeing, the organisation seeks to address the gap between creative participation and sustainable economic opportunity.
The creative industries are often characterised by precarious employment, financial instability, social isolation and high-performance pressures, all of which can contribute to stress, anxiety, depression and poor mental wellbeing. At the same time, rapid technological change and the increasing use of artificial intelligence are creating new barriers and opportunities for those without access to digital skills and AI literacy. Many individuals within the creative economy possess significant talent, ambition and cultural influence but lack the structured support, business capability, digital confidence and access to networks required to translate participation into long-term security, ownership and sustainable income.

What We Do
